University of Embu Christian Union is an interdenominational, non profit making and non political body of Christian students from University of Embu bound together by a common faith in the only God, joined together with the heavenly calling of Christ according to the Holy Scriptures.
Our Doctrinal basis as a Christian body is the fundamental truth about Christianity and we believe in One God, One Faith and One Baptism (Ephesians 4:5). We believe in Holy Trinity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Further, we acknowledge the sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption and final judgement of all human kind and the divine inspiration.As a Union we are thereby bound to live a righteous lives following the example of our Lord Jesus Christ and appreciating our interdenominational, ethnic and gender diversities.
We carryout inside campus evangelism, outside campus evangelism, Outreach Missions in different parts of the country, open air crusades and also engage in weekly programs and fellowships aimed at deepening and strengthening our individual members spiritual life and as a fulfillment of the great commission with the main purpose of being able to reach as many believers as possible.
We are affiliated to FOCUS Kenya(Fellowship of Christian Unions), a national body that networks CUs in universities and colleges all over Kenya which brings together over 100 institutions.

Our Doctrinal Basis:
We Believe in the Following
1. The sovereignty of God in creation, revelation, redemption and final judgment.
2 The Holy Trinity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in the Godhead.
3 The divine inspiration and entire trustworthiness of the Holy scripture, as originally given and its supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
4 The universal sinfulness and guilt of all men since the fall, rendering them subject to God’s wrath and condemnation.
5 Redemption from the guilt, penalty, dominion and pollution of sin solely through the sacrificial death of the our Lord Jesus Christ, the incarnate Son of God.
6 The resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ from the dead and His rising up to the right hand of God the Father.
